About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example, supporting store team members with high energy and a strong team mentality. The role helps create a positive customer experience through hospitality, quality food and beverage service, and efficient store operations. The Supervisor mentors and coaches team members, oversees product availability and merchandising, and helps keep store, kitchen, and dining areas clean. An additional $1.50 per hour is offered for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older; Virginia state law requires Supervisors to be 21 or older for certain tasks.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier customer service.
Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work effectively as a team.
Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available for customers.
Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.
