About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example, supporting store team members with high energy and a strong team mentality. The role helps deliver a welcoming, efficient customer experience by serving food and beverages to customer specifications and maintaining store products and cleanliness. The position offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus, paid as $500 after 30 days and $500 after 90 days of employment. Employees working from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. receive an additional $1.50 per hour.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be 21 or older for certain tasks.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and efficient, with a positive attitude and the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work effectively as a team.
• Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available for customers.
• Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
