About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example, supporting store team members with high energy and a strong team mentality. The role focuses on creating a positive customer experience through hospitality, customer service, and preparing food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner. The supervisor mentors and coaches team members, helps prioritize and delegate tasks, ensures products are ordered and merchandised appropriately, and maintains cleanliness throughout the store, kitchen, and dining areas. An additional $1.50 per hour is offered for working 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be at least 21 for certain tasks.
Ability to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
Self-motivated, dependable, and efficient, with a positive attitude and the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.

Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available for customers.
