About The Position

At WhiteWater Express, the Car Wash Attendant delivers excellent customer service, engages with customers, completes assigned operational tasks, and maintains site cleanliness. The role involves learning all aspects of car wash operations and following standard procedures. Attendants help create a respectful, communicative, team-oriented workplace and support a positive customer experience.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old due to safety regulations related to working with and/or around heavy machinery.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
Passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable customer experiences.
Enjoys collaborating to achieve outstanding results and support team success.
Ready to take on daily challenges with enthusiasm and a solution-oriented approach.
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and in fast-paced settings.
Available to work early evenings and weekends, and adapt to scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

Lead by example and foster a team-oriented environment where team members can develop leadership skills.
Maintain a positive, customer-focused workplace that is hospitable, fun, and growth-oriented.
Educate and assist customers in selecting car wash options, membership plans, and wash packages suited to their needs.
Safely guide customer vehicles into the wash tunnel while maintaining a friendly and professional approach.
Keep the facility spotless, including the car wash, tunnel, back room, and vacuum lot; ensure areas are clean, organized, and guest ready.
Learn and execute opening and closing procedures.
Perform wash quality checks and basic equipment troubleshooting.
Notify management of deposit pickups or cash deliveries.
