About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example, supporting store team members with high-energy effort and a strong team mentality. The role focuses on engaging customers through hospitality and ensuring they have a positive experience. Supervisors help deliver food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner, coach team members, maintain product availability and merchandising, and keep store, kitchen, and dining areas clean. An additional $1.50 per hour is provided for working between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be at least 21 for certain tasks.
• Ability to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and efficient, with a positive attitude and the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and provide top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and perform effectively as a team.
• Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available for customers.
• Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
