About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example and supports store team members in providing customers with a positive, hospitable experience. The role involves serving food and beverages to customer specifications, coaching team members, maintaining product availability and presentation, and keeping store areas clean. An additional $1.50 per hour is offered for working 10 p.m.–6 a.m.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be 21 or older for certain tasks.
• Ability to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and provide top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work effectively as a team.
• Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available for customers.
• Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
