About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example, supporting store team members with high energy, teamwork, and a focus on customer hospitality. The role welcomes customers, prepares quality food and beverages to their specifications, coaches team members, helps keep products stocked and available, and maintains clean store, kitchen, and dining areas. The position is an overnight shift. Work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. receives an additional $1.50 per hour. The starting rate of pay is $17.00 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be at least 21 for certain tasks.
Be self-motivated, dependable, and efficient, with a positive attitude.
Be able to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
Be able to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
Be able to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
Prepare quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work effectively as a team.
Monitor store products to ensure they are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available.
Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.
Lead by example and engage customers with hospitality throughout their experience.
