About The Position

The Store Stock Associate is responsible for receiving shipments, accurately maintaining inventory records, and maintaining the stockroom. This role embraces Levi Strauss & Company's history and heritage and demonstrates excellent product knowledge by staying current with supplied tools and seasonal guides. The associate will implement efficient handling of stockroom organization (i.e. style, size, color), be responsible for housekeeping and reporting supply and inventory needs to the management team. They will exceed completion of shipments, transfers, damages and donations guidelines, and ensure replenishment is done daily and markdowns are audited within company guidelines. The associate must comply with all Levi's® Stores policy, procedure, and programs, and be able to follow directives of store management.

Requirements

• Enjoy being busy and juggling multiple tasks
• Read, count and write to complete documentation and process inventory
• Collaborative role model exhibiting behaviors aligned with company culture of inclusion and belonging
• Proficient in technology and enjoys learning new tools
• Available to work a flexible schedule to meet our needs, including evening, weekend and holiday shifts
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds, as well as constant standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Have reliable transportation
• High school diploma or GED
