About The Position
Levi Strauss & Co. is hiring a seasonal Store Sales Associate to support the Oakbrook store during the busy holiday period. The associate will work with the store team in a fast-paced environment and should be consumer-centric, open-minded, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks. The role reports to the Store Manager. The position supports store productivity during peak, high-volume periods; provides basic customer service; helps maintain the store’s appearance through replenishment, recovery, and housekeeping; and assists with bagging purchases at the register. Associates must follow store policies, procedures, programs, and management directives, and may be assigned other tasks as needed. This is a part-time seasonal role with flexible scheduling, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts such as Black Friday.
Requirements
- Be available to work a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
- Be able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform frequent standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, overhead reaching, and ladder climbing, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Be at least 16 years old.
Responsibilities
- Support store productivity during peak, high-volume periods as identified by management.
- Provide basic customer service, including greeting customers and providing general assistance.
- Maintain store appearance in accordance with visual presentation standards through replenishment, recovery, and general housekeeping.
- Assist with bagging customer purchases at the register.
- Comply with Levi’s Stores policies, procedures, and programs, and follow directives from store management.
- Perform other tasks as needed.
