About The Position

Levi Strauss & Co. is hiring a seasonal, part-time Store Sales Associate to support its Cincinnati Premium Outlets store during the busy holiday period. Reporting to the Store Manager and working with the store team, the associate provides basic customer service and helps maintain store productivity and appearance during peak, high-volume periods. The role calls for someone consumer-centric, open-minded, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts such as Black Friday.
• Be able to lift up to 40 pounds and frequently stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, reach overhead, and climb ladders, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Support store productivity during peak, high-volume periods identified by management.
• Provide basic customer service, including greeting customers and offering general assistance.
• Maintain store appearance according to visual presentation standards through replenishment, recovery, and general housekeeping.
• Assist with bagging customer purchases at the register.
• Follow Levi's Stores policies, procedures, and programs, as well as directives from store management.
• Perform other tasks as needed.
