About The Position

Levi Strauss & Co. is hiring a seasonal Store Sales Associate to support the Levi’s® store during the busy holiday period. Reporting to the Store Manager and working with the store team, the associate provides basic customer service and helps maintain store productivity and appearance during peak, high-volume periods. The role requires a consumer-centric, open-minded, proactive approach and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

This is a part-time seasonal position at Leesburg Premium Outlets in Leesburg, Virginia. The schedule is flexible to meet store needs and may include evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, including Black Friday. Compensation ranges from $15.15 to $25.25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements

• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts such as Black Friday.
• Be able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform frequent standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, overhead reaching, and ladder climbing, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Support store productivity during peak, high-volume periods identified by management.
• Provide basic customer service, including greeting customers and offering general assistance.
• Maintain store appearance according to visual presentation standards through replenishment, recovery, and general housekeeping.
• Assist with bagging customer purchases at the register.
• Comply with Levi’s® Stores policies, procedures, and programs, and follow directives from store management.
• Perform other tasks as needed.
