About The Position

BYLT Premium Basics is hiring a customer-service-oriented Retail Associate who is passionate about people and will serve as an ambassador for the brand. The associate is expected to develop product expertise and educate, inform, and outfit customers for any occasion. This is a temporary position anticipated to conclude on or around January 2, 2027.

• Work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Regularly talk or hear; frequently use hands or fingers to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; occasionally stand, walk, sit, reach, and lift or move up to 25 pounds.
• Have close and distance vision and the ability to adjust focus.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• Cash-handling skills and experience with point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to lift or move approximately 50 pounds frequently.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers on the sales floor to provide a positive customer experience.
• Drive sales through customer engagement, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
• Maintain a neat and tidy sales floor by folding, hanging, displaying, and merchandising garments according to BYLT guidelines.
• Keep clientele informed about current promotions and future merchandise of potential interest.
• Respond to customer questions and concerns courteously and professionally.
• Process payments by cash, gift card, store credit, and other credit and debit cards.
• Alert management to potential security issues.
• Assist with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
