About The Position

The Seasonal Retail Stock & Fulfillment role supports store logistics and customer order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is independent, motivated, results oriented, and committed to providing outstanding customer experiences. Responsibilities include receiving and processing merchandise, fulfilling and shipping customer orders, using inventory systems, and maintaining organized selling floors and stockrooms. The role also provides general store support, including assisting with special events, markdowns, backroom organization, and relocating fixtures.

The position requires continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift and frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, reaching, and hand use. Employees handle bulky or awkward items, regularly lift items up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift items up to 25 pounds, and frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds, with occasional lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds. The posted hourly pay range is $17.45–$18.15. The position may be eligible for performance-based incentives or bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, unpack, and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments.
• Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner while meeting quality standards.
• Prepare and ship customer orders according to quality, packing, and shipping standards.
• Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes.
• Help maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
• Provide general store support, including setting up special events, organizing the backroom, completing markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.
