About The Position

Levi Strauss & Co. is hiring a seasonal sales associate to support the store during the busy holiday period. Reporting to the Store Manager and working with the store team, the associate provides basic customer service, helps maintain store productivity and appearance, assists with purchases at the register, and follows store policies and management directives. The role requires a consumer-centric, open-minded, proactive person who can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is a part-time seasonal position at The Domain in Austin, Texas.

Requirements

• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts such as Black Friday.
• Be able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform ongoing standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, overhead reaching, and ladder climbing, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Support store productivity during peak, high-volume periods identified by management.
• Provide basic customer service, including greeting customers and offering general assistance.
• Maintain store appearance according to visual presentation standards through replenishment, recovery, and general housekeeping.
• Assist with bagging customer purchases at the register.
• Comply with Levi's Stores policies, procedures, and programs, and follow directives from store management.
• Perform other tasks as needed.
