About The Position

Levi Strauss & Co. is hiring a seasonal sales associate to support the Levi’s® store during the busy holiday period. The associate reports to the Store Manager and works with the store team. The role involves providing basic customer service, supporting store productivity during peak periods, maintaining the store’s appearance, and assisting with customer purchases at the register. The position requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, including Black Friday, and involves physical activity such as lifting and standing for extended periods.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts such as Black Friday.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform ongoing standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and ladder climbing, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Support store productivity during peak, high-volume periods as identified by management.
• Provide basic customer service, including greeting customers and offering general assistance.
• Maintain store appearance according to visual presentation standards through replenishment, recovery, and general housekeeping.
• Assist with bagging customer purchases at the register.
• Comply with Levi’s® Stores policies, procedures, and programs, and follow directives from store management.
• Perform other tasks as needed.
