About The Position

Levi Strauss & Co. is hiring an engaging seasonal sales associate to support the store during its busy holiday period. Reporting to the Store Manager and working with the store team, the associate will help maintain productivity during peak, high-volume periods and provide basic customer service. The role requires a consumer-centric, open-minded, proactive approach and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The associate will help maintain the store’s appearance and visual presentation through replenishment, recovery, and housekeeping; assist with bagging purchases at the register; and follow store policies, procedures, programs, and management directives. Other tasks may be assigned as needed. The position is part-time and seasonal, with compensation ranging from $12.00 to $19.95 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements

• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays such as Black Friday.
• Be able to lift up to 40 pounds and regularly stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, reach overhead, and climb ladders, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Support store productivity during peak, high-volume periods as identified by management.
• Provide basic customer service, including greeting customers and offering general assistance.
• Help maintain store appearance according to visual presentation standards through replenishment, recovery, and general housekeeping.
• Assist with bagging customer purchases at the register.
• Comply with Levi’s Stores policies, procedures, and programs, and follow store management directives.
• Perform other tasks as needed.
