About The Position

Levi Strauss & Co. is hiring a seasonal sales associate to support the Levi's® store during the busy holiday period. Reporting to the Store Manager and working with the store team, the associate helps maintain productivity during peak, high-volume periods and provides basic customer service. The role requires a consumer-centric, open-minded, proactive approach and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts such as Black Friday.
• Be able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform frequent standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, overhead reaching, and ladder climbing, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Support store productivity during peak, high-volume periods as identified by management.
• Provide basic customer service, including greeting customers and offering general assistance.
• Help maintain the store's appearance according to visual presentation standards through replenishment, recovery, and general housekeeping.
• Assist with bagging customer purchases at the register.
• Comply with Levi's Stores policies, procedures, and programs, and follow store management directives.
• Perform other tasks as needed.
