About The Position
As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you promote the company’s culture, values, and mission while helping customers have an engaging shopping experience. The role centers on connecting with customers, sharing fashion and product knowledge, supporting sales goals, and maintaining an orderly store. The position is seasonal and based at The Outlet Shoppes at El Paso. The role requires flexible availability to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends. It also involves bending, lifting, opening, and moving products and fixtures weighing up to 50 pounds as needed. - Offer fashion advice that reflects customers’ personal styles and needs.
- Assist with daily opening and closing tasks and keep the store clean, neat, and tidy.
- Complete assigned tasks such as floor sets, filling the sales floor, and ringing up customers.
- Work positively and professionally with the team to create a great environment for customers and coworkers.
