About The Position
Levi Strauss & Co. is hiring a seasonal sales associate to support the store during the busy holiday period. Reporting to the Store Manager and working with the store team, the associate provides basic customer service and helps maintain store productivity and appearance during peak, high-volume periods. The role requires a consumer-centric, open-minded, proactive approach and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is a part-time seasonal position at the Allen Premium Outlets in Allen, Texas. Compensation ranges from $12.00 to $19.95 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. The position requires a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, and the ability to meet the stated physical demands.
Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Be available to work a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts such as Black Friday.
- Be able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform constant standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Responsibilities
- Support store productivity during peak, high-volume periods as identified by management.
- Provide basic customer service, including greeting customers and offering general assistance.
- Help maintain store appearance according to visual presentation standards through replenishment, recovery, and general housekeeping.
- Assist with bagging customer purchases at the register.
- Comply with Levi's Stores policies, procedures, and programs, and follow store management directives.
- Perform other tasks as needed.
