About The Position

Levi Strauss & Co. is hiring a seasonal Store Sales Associate to support the Levi’s® store at Fashion Outlets of Niagara Falls during the busy holiday period. Reporting to the Store Manager and working with the store team, the associate provides basic customer service, supports store productivity during peak periods, and helps maintain the store’s appearance and operations. The role is part-time and requires a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Be available to work a flexible schedule that meets store needs, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts such as Black Friday.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and regularly stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, reach overhead, and climb ladders, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Support store productivity during peak, high-volume periods identified by management.
• Provide basic customer service, including greeting customers and offering general assistance.
• Maintain store appearance in line with visual presentation standards through replenishment, recovery, and general housekeeping.
• Assist with bagging customer purchases at the register.
• Follow Levi’s® Stores policies, procedures, programs, and directives from store management.
• Perform other tasks as needed.
