Seasonal Store Sales Associate, Levi's®, Williamsburg, Brooklyn, NY
About The Position
Levi Strauss & Co. is hiring a seasonal Store Sales Associate to support the store during the busy holiday period. Reporting to the Store Manager and working with the store team, the associate provides basic customer service and helps maintain store productivity and appearance during peak, high-volume periods. The role requires a consumer-centric, open-minded, proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The associate supports replenishment, recovery, housekeeping, and visual presentation standards; assists with bagging purchases at the register; and follows store policies, procedures, programs, and management directives. The position is part-time and seasonal, based in Brooklyn, New York. Compensation ranges from $15.15 to $25.25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Be available to work a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts such as Black Friday.
- Be able to lift up to 40 pounds and frequently stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, reach overhead, and climb ladders, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Responsibilities
- Support store productivity during peak, high-volume periods as identified by management.
- Provide basic customer service, including greeting customers and offering general assistance.
- Help maintain the store’s appearance and visual presentation standards through replenishment, recovery, and general housekeeping.
- Assist with bagging customer purchases at the register.
- Comply with Levi’s Stores policies, procedures, and programs, and follow directives from store management.
- Perform other tasks as needed.
