About The Position

Levi Strauss & Co. is hiring a seasonal Store Sales Associate to support the store during the busy holiday period. Reporting to the Store Manager and working with the store team, the associate provides basic customer service and supports store productivity during peak, high-volume periods. The role also helps maintain the store’s visual presentation and appearance, assists at the register, and follows company policies and management directives. This is a part-time position in Williamsburg, Virginia.

Requirements

• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts such as Black Friday.
• Be able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform frequent standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, overhead reaching, and ladder climbing, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Support store productivity during peak, high-volume periods identified by management.
• Provide basic customer service, including greeting customers and offering general assistance.
• Maintain store appearance and visual presentation through replenishment, recovery, and general housekeeping.
• Assist with bagging customer purchases at the register.
• Comply with Levi’s Stores policies, procedures, and programs, and follow store management directives.
• Perform other tasks as needed.
