About The Position
Levi Strauss & Co. is hiring a seasonal Store Sales Associate to support the Levi’s® store at 34th Street in New York during the busy holiday period. Reporting to the Store Manager and working with the store team, the associate supports store productivity during peak, high-volume periods and provides basic customer service. The role also helps maintain the store’s appearance through replenishment, recovery, and general housekeeping, assists with bagging purchases at the register, follows company and store policies and management directives, and performs other tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts such as Black Friday.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, overhead reaching, and ladder climbing, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Responsibilities
- Support store productivity during peak, high-volume periods identified by management.
- Provide basic customer service, including greeting customers and offering general assistance.
- Maintain store appearance according to visual presentation standards through replenishment, recovery, and general housekeeping.
- Assist with bagging customer purchases at the register.
- Comply with Levi’s® Stores policies, procedures, and programs, and follow store management directives.
- Perform other tasks as needed.
