About The Position

As a Store Replenisher, you recover all store areas daily to ensure they are clean and well stocked. You perform job duties with a sense of ownership and a team mindset. The role supports replenishment, product freshness, sanitation, safety, and a positive customer shopping experience. Duties may be modified or additional job-related tasks assigned based on business needs, subject to reasonable accommodations.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience as a JVSS Scanner or equivalent.
• Customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to use material handling equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain attentive to customer needs.
• Ability to maintain high productivity standards.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and shift focus between tasks.
• Dependability and attention to detail.
• Complete required job skills and compliance-related training.
• Ability to lift 55 pounds and manage loads in excess of 85 pounds, while observing personal safe-lifting limits and seeking help or breaking down loads when needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform total store recovery, refills, culling, and replenishment of products across departments as needed.
• Return products from the Returns area to shelves when they were not purchased.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving heavy or bulky products to support in-stock conditions.
• Check shipments for out-of-date or damaged products and report issues to the Manager.
• Assist with stocking and refill merchandise as needed.
• Collect carts from the parking lot.
• Organize and clean the sales floor, empty bins, and prepare the floor for sales.
• Remove cardboard and trash from shelves and merchandising fixtures.
• Clean shelves and merchandising fixtures and keep sales floor areas clean and safe.
• Follow safety and sanitation standard operating procedures.
• Minimize shrink through careful product handling and meet productivity standards.
• Comply with federal, state, and Company regulations and standards for product freshness, food safety, and sanitation.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment for customers.
• Answer product-related questions and assist customers in a friendly manner.
• Scan customer items and complete transactions quickly and courteously as needed.
