About The Position

As a Store Replenisher, you recover store areas daily to help ensure they are clean and well stocked. You perform assigned responsibilities with ownership and a team mindset. The work takes place in a fast-paced retail environment and includes stocking and replenishing merchandise, maintaining sanitation and product quality, and assisting customers. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Experience as a JVSS Scanner, or equivalent.
Customer service skills.
Communication skills.
Ability to use material handling equipment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work with customers and remain attentive to their needs.
Ability to maintain high productivity standards.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and shift focus between tasks.
Dependability and attention to detail.
Completion of required job skills and compliance-related training.
Ability to lift 55 pounds and manage loads in excess of 85 pounds, while observing personal safe lifting limits and seeking assistance or breaking down loads when needed.
Ability to safely maneuver around moving mechanical parts.

Responsibilities

Recover store areas, refill, cull, and replenish products across departments as needed.
Return products from the Returns area to shelves when they were returned or not purchased.
Assist with loading, unloading, and moving heavy or bulky products to maintain in-stock conditions.
Check shipments for outdated or damaged products and report issues to the Manager.
Assist with stocking and refill merchandise as needed.
Collect carts from the parking lot.
Organize and clean the sales floor, empty bins, and prepare the floor for sales.
Remove cardboard and trash from shelves and merchandising fixtures.
Clean shelves and merchandising fixtures and keep sales floor areas clean and safe.
Follow safety and sanitation standard operating procedures.
Handle products carefully to minimize shrink and meet productivity standards.
Comply with federal, state, and Company standards and regulations for product freshness, food safety, and sanitation.
Maintain a clean and safe store environment for customers.
Answer product-related questions and assist customers in a friendly manner.
Scan customer items and complete transactions quickly and courteously as needed.
Perform other job-related tasks as requested by a supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodations.
