About The Position

As a Store Replenisher, you will recover store areas daily to ensure they are clean and well stocked. You will perform responsibilities with a sense of ownership and a team mindset. The role supports stocking, sanitation, product freshness, and customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. Duties may be modified based on business needs, and employees may be asked to perform other job-related tasks, subject to reasonable accommodations.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Experience as a JVSS Scanner or equivalent.
Customer service and communication skills.
Ability to use material handling equipment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay attentive to customer needs.
Ability to maintain high productivity standards and manage multiple priorities while shifting focus between tasks.
Dependability and attention to detail.
Complete required job skills and compliance-related training.
Ability to lift 55 pounds and manage loads in excess of 85 pounds, while observing personal safe-lifting limits and seeking assistance or breaking loads down when needed.

Responsibilities

Recover store areas through refilling, culling, and replenishing products across departments as needed.
Return items from the Returns area to shelves when they were returned or not purchased.
Assist with loading, unloading, and moving heavy or bulky products to support in-stock conditions.
Check shipments for outdated or damaged products and report issues to the Manager.
Assist with stocking and refill merchandise as needed.
Collect carts from the parking lot.
Organize, clean, and empty bins, and prepare the sales floor.
Remove cardboard and trash from shelves and merchandising fixtures.
Clean shelves and merchandising fixtures and keep the sales floor clean and safe.
Follow safety and sanitation standard operating procedures and applicable product freshness, food safety, and sanitation regulations and standards.
Handle products carefully to minimize shrink and achieve productivity standards.
Maintain a clean and safe store environment for customers.
Answer product-related questions and assist customers in a friendly manner.
Scan customer items and complete transactions quickly and in a friendly manner, as needed.
