About The Position

As a Store Replenisher, you recover store areas daily to ensure they are clean and well stocked. You perform responsibilities with a sense of ownership and a team mindset. The role supports product availability, freshness, sanitation, and a clean and safe shopping environment, while also providing friendly customer assistance and helping complete customer transactions as needed. Duties may be modified or supplemented based on business needs.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Experience as a JVSS Scanner, or equivalent.
Customer service skills.
Communication skills.
Ability to use material handling equipment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain attentive to Customers’ needs.
Ability to maintain high productivity standards and manage multiple priorities while shifting focus between tasks.
Dependability and attention to detail.
Completion of required job skills and compliance-related training.
Ability to lift 55 lbs and manage loads in excess of 85 lbs, while following safe lifting practices and seeking assistance when needed.
Ability to safely maneuver around moving mechanical parts.

Responsibilities

Perform total store recovery, refills, culling, and product replenishment across multiple departments as needed.
Return products from the Returns area to the shelves when they were returned or not purchased.
Assist with loading, unloading, and moving heavy or bulky products to support in-stock conditions.
Check shipments for out-of-date or damaged products and report issues to the Manager.
Collect carts from the parking lot.
Organize and clean the sales floor, empty bins, and prepare the sales floor.
Remove cardboard and trash from shelves and merchandising fixtures.
Clean shelves and merchandising fixtures, keeping the sales floor clean and safe.
Follow safety and sanitation SOPs and applicable product freshness, food safety, sanitation, federal, state, and Company standards.
Minimize shrink through careful product handling and meet productivity standards.
Answer product-related questions and assist Customers in a friendly manner.
Scan Customer items and complete transactions quickly and courteously as needed.
Perform other job-related tasks as requested by a supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodations.
