About The Position

Family Pathways Thrift Stores is hiring a Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of its Ham Lake Thrift Store location. The manager recruits, trains, builds, and leads a team of staff and volunteers who turn donated gently used clothing and household goods into funding for Family Pathways’ social programs. The role includes helping achieve sales revenue goals and maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting store environment. The work supports essential services in the community.

Family Pathways provides services including healthy food access, domestic and sexual violence prevention and victim services, supervised visitation, and support for older adults and caregivers. The organization has served communities in Minnesota and Wisconsin since 1978.

The position is full-time, pays $45,000 annually, and includes some weekend and closing shifts each month. Store operating hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Saturday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; and Sunday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eligible employees may receive health and other insurance benefits, retirement plans with an employer match, and paid time off, including paid holidays and floating holidays.

Requirements

• Proven leadership with past management experience.
• Strategic planning and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on leadership and exceptional time-management skills to balance store management with active participation in store operations.
• Comfort and knowledge using computers, MS Office, MS 365, and Outlook.
• Effective team-building skills.
• Ability to support and advocate for internal and external customers.
• Passion for making a positive impact in people’s lives and a mission-oriented outlook.

Responsibilities
