About The Position

The Store Manager manages a Mirabito convenience store, with training, support, and resources provided. The role focuses on delivering strong customer service, maintaining product availability and a trained, fully staffed team, complying with company policies and regulatory requirements, and achieving store goals profitably. The manager also evaluates employee performance, builds positive community relationships, and takes responsibility for special programs or assignments as needed.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication, leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Retail technology skills.
Reliable transportation to and from work and the ability to be reached by telephone.
Flexibility to accommodate sudden schedule changes in an emergency.
Ability to enter and work in a cooler at 30 degrees for up to 30 minutes at a time.
High school diploma or GED, or experience in retail and management.

Nice To Haves

Some college education.
Leadership or supervisory experience in retail, restaurant, or food service.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain fully staffed stores with trained management team members and sales associates.
Comply with Mirabito programs, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and analyze business processes and results to achieve store goals profitably.
Observe and evaluate employees’ job performance against mission-critical goals.
Connect with the community to establish positive relationships and support development and store success.
Assume responsibility for special programs or assignments as needed.
Follow company handbooks and manuals, and comply with company, city, county, and state tobacco and alcohol regulations.
