About The Position
The Store Manager is an on-the-floor leader who performs store functions while serving as a guide and role model for the team. The manager coaches, develops, and inspires employees to represent Sunglass Hut and deliver the Sunglass Hut Experience. The role drives sales and company objectives, builds customer and team relationships, maintains brand standards, and ensures consistent execution of store operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of previous leadership experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in every aspect of store operations.
- Detail-oriented.
- Ability to use critical thinking to deliver execution of the operational components of the store.

Responsibilities
- Use The Sunglass Hut Experience tools to deliver the sales plan and company objectives.
- Drive sales by identifying opportunities to achieve personal and store goals.
- Coach, develop, mentor, and inspire the team to enhance store performance.
- Foster teamwork, career development, and talent retention through a development-focused environment.
- Network, recruit, hire to staffing needs, and train employees using onboarding tools.
- Support team growth through individual development plans.
- Create an inspirational and motivating work environment that reflects the brand’s integrity.
- Build an emotional connection within the team that supports sales and consistent delivery of The Sunglass Hut Experience.
- Continually coach and develop the team to ensure consistent execution of The Sunglass Hut Experience.
- Develop customer relationships through interaction and feedback.
- Act as an ambassador for the Sunglass Hut brand and consistently execute brand standards.
- Stay knowledgeable about products, new merchandise, and fashion trends.
- Ensure execution of operational policies and procedures and maintain brand standards.
- Communicate promotions, contests, and incentives to the team.
