About The Position
The Store Manager is an on-the-floor leader who performs store functions while guiding and role-modeling for the team. The manager coaches, develops, and inspires employees to represent Sunglass Hut and deliver the Sunglass Hut Experience. The role is focused on achieving sales and company objectives, developing customer relationships, upholding brand standards, and ensuring strong operational execution.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of previous leadership experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in every aspect of store operations.
- Detail-oriented.
- Ability to use critical thinking to deliver strong execution of store operations.

Responsibilities
- Use The Sunglass Hut Experience tools to consistently deliver the sales plan and company objectives.
- Drive sales by identifying opportunities to achieve personal and store goals.
- Coach, develop, mentor, and inspire the team to enhance store performance.
- Encourage teamwork, career growth, and talent retention through a development-focused environment.
- Network, recruit, hire to staffing needs, and train employees using the provided onboarding tools.
- Support team growth through individual development plans.
- Create an inspirational and motivating work environment that reflects the integrity of the brand.
- Build an emotional connection within the store team that supports sales and consistent delivery of the Sunglass Hut Experience.
- Continuously coach and develop the team to ensure consistent execution of the Sunglass Hut Experience.
- Develop customer relationships through interaction and feedback.
- Act as an ambassador for the Sunglass Hut brand and consistently execute brand standards.
- Stay knowledgeable about products, new merchandise, and fashion trends.
- Ensure execution of operational policies and procedures and maintain brand standards.
- Communicate promotions, contests, and incentives to the team.
