About The Position

The Beauty Concierge is detail oriented, results driven, and committed to providing outstanding customer service. The role involves greeting and directing customers, helping with cosmetic product inquiries and other services, and sharing knowledge of the cosmetics area with customers and employees. The Beauty Concierge also supports store operations as a general resource, maintains confidentiality, and makes deliveries to customers.

Requirements

Communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers and customers.
Suggestively sell and connect customers to salespeople.
Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Use strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Remain in continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching.
Frequently use hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
Handle bulky and awkwardly shaped items, including reaching for and lifting items above the head.
Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift items weighing up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Provide customers and employees with information and directions about the cosmetics area.
Support store operations as a general resource for customers and employees.
