About The Position

The Store Manager leads a team-oriented retail store, managing talent, inspiring and developing associates, and ensuring customers receive an unforgettable experience and solutions tailored to their hair and beauty needs. The manager oversees store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, including maintaining the assigned budget, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory. The role also protects customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring compliance with safety, security, and Company policies, and maintains the store's appearance.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience.
• At least 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.

Nice To Haves

• Cosmetology license.
