About The Position

The Store Manager leads the store team and oversees talent management, customer experience, and store operations. The role focuses on inspiring and developing associates, ensuring customers receive a memorable experience and solutions tailored to their hair and beauty needs, and ensuring the store meets or exceeds sales goals. The manager oversees budgets, expenses, sales growth, and inventory; enforces safety, security, and company policies; and ensures the store is well presented.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience.
• At least 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• Able to meet physical demands including prolonged standing and walking; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities; and recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes.

Nice To Haves

• Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required.

• Maintain the store’s appearance.
• Develop team associates.
