About The Position

As a Store Manager at Sally Beauty, you lead a team-oriented store environment and help customers find solutions for their hair and beauty needs. You manage talent, inspire and develop associates, and ensure each customer has a positive experience. You oversee store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, maintain the assigned budget, control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory. You also ensure staff follow safety and security procedures and Company policies to protect customers, associates, and store assets, and maintain the appearance of the store.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience.
• At least 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Passion for hair and beauty.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• Ability to perform physical activities including prolonged standing and walking; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes.

Nice To Haves

• Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required.
