About The Position

The Store Manager leads a team-oriented retail store environment, manages talent, inspires and develops associates, and ensures customers receive an unforgettable experience and customized solutions for their hair and beauty needs. The manager oversees store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, maintain the assigned budget, control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory. The role also ensures staff follow safety and security procedures and Company policies, protects customers, associates, and store assets, and maintains the appearance of the store.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience.
• At least 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• The position involves long periods of standing and walking, recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities, and recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes.
• The position involves working around moving parts, carts, or machines, and may occasionally include exposure to irritant chemicals, fumes, or odors.
