About The Position

The Store Manager leads the store team and oversees operations to deliver an unforgettable customer experience and tailored solutions for customers’ hair and beauty needs. The role manages, inspires, and develops associates while driving sales results and ensuring the store meets or exceeds sales goals. The manager oversees the assigned budget, expenses, sales growth, and inventory; ensures associates follow safety, security, and company policies to protect customers, staff, and store assets; and maintains the store’s appearance.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience.
• At least 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Passion for hair and beauty.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• The position involves long periods of standing and walking; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities; and recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes.

Nice To Haves

• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
