About The Position

Sally Beauty Store Managers lead a team-oriented retail environment focused on helping customers find solutions for their hair and beauty needs. The manager oversees talent, inspires and develops associates, and ensures customers receive a positive, tailored experience. The role is responsible for meeting or exceeding sales goals through oversight of store operations, assigned budgets, expenses, sales growth, and inventory. The manager also ensures staff follow safety, security, and company policies to protect customers, associates, and store assets, and maintains the appearance of the store.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience.
• At least 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Passion for hair and beauty.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.

Nice To Haves

• Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required.
