About The Position

As a Store Manager at CosmoProf, you will lead a team serving licensed beauty-industry professionals and help provide customers with an experience focused on education, product, inspiration, and community. You will manage talent, inspire and develop associates, and ensure customers receive memorable service and tailored solutions for their hair and beauty needs. You will oversee store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, maintain the assigned budget, control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory. You will also ensure staff follow safety, security, and company policies and maintain the appearance of the store.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience.
• At least 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Self-starter attitude and drive to continually learn, develop, and educate store personnel and customers.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Passion for hair and beauty.

Nice To Haves

• Cosmetology license.
