About The Position

The Store Manager leads a team-oriented retail store environment at Sally Beauty, managing talent, inspiring and coaching associates, and ensuring customers receive an excellent experience and tailored solutions for hair and beauty needs. The manager oversees store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, maintain the assigned budget, control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory. The role also ensures staff follow safety, security, and company policies to protect customers, associates, and store assets, and maintains the store's appearance.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience.
• At least 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.

Nice To Haves

• Cosmetology license.
