About The Position

The Store Manager leads a team-oriented retail store serving licensed beauty professionals. The role focuses on creating an excellent customer experience, inspiring and developing associates, and providing customers with tailored solutions for their hair and beauty needs. The manager oversees store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, maintain the assigned budget, control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory. They also ensure staff follow safety, security, and company policies and that the store is presentable.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience.
• At least 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Self-starter attitude and drive to continuously learn, develop, and educate store personnel and customers.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.

Nice To Haves

• Cosmetology license.
