About The Position

The Store Manager leads the store team and delivers an excellent customer experience for licensed beauty professionals. The role manages talent, inspires and develops associates, and ensures customers receive personalized solutions for their hair and beauty needs. The manager oversees store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, maintain the assigned budget, control expenses, grow sales, manage inventory, protect customers, associates, and store assets by enforcing safety, security, and company policies, and maintain the store’s appearance.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience.
• At least 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Self-starter attitude and drive to continuously learn, develop, and educate store personnel and customers.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Nice To Haves

• Cosmetology license.
• Passion for hair and beauty.
