About The Position

As a Starbucks coffeehouse leader, the Store Manager leads a team and runs the coffeehouse to create a warm, welcoming community space where customers can connect. The role involves leading with craft and care, developing team members, and supporting the business in a sales-focused environment. The position is full-time and regularly requires more than 40 hours per week, with variable hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

At least 3 years of retail or customer service management experience, or 4 or more years of U.S. military service.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Entrepreneurial mentality and experience in a sales-focused environment.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity.
High school diploma or GED at minimum.
Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country where applying.
Ability to work full-time, regularly in excess of 40 hours per week, with variable hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
