About The Position
As a Starbucks coffeehouse leader, the Store Manager leads a team in creating a warm, welcoming space where customers can connect. The role is to run the coffeehouse and help make it a place where the community feels welcome, leading with craft and care. The position offers developmental experiences and access to Starbucks benefits. The role is based in Las Vegas and requires full-time work, regularly in excess of 40 hours per week, with variable hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of retail or customer service management experience, or 4 or more years of U.S. military service.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Entrepreneurial mentality and experience in a sales-focused environment.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity.
- Minimum high school diploma or GED.
- Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work legally in the country where applying.
- Ability to work full time, regularly in excess of 40 hours per week, including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
