About The Position

As a coffeehouse leader, the Store Manager leads a team in creating a warm, welcoming space where customers can connect and enjoy coffee. The role involves running the coffeehouse, leading with craft and care, and helping make it a place where the community feels welcome. Requirements

At least 3 years of retail or customer service management experience, or 4 or more years of U.S. military service.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Entrepreneurial mentality and experience in a sales-focused environment.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity.
High school diploma or GED at minimum.
Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country of application.
Ability to work full time, with work regularly exceeding 40 hours per week, and variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
