About The Position
Sutter Medical Group (SMG) is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified Family Medicine Physician to join its team in Davis, California. The role offers a two-year income guarantee with a shareholder track and productivity-based compensation, with potential earnings of $320,000 or more in the first year. The position includes access to advanced practice technology, including EPIC, and a customizable schedule and appointment slots. SMG is a multi-specialty medical group with more than 1,600 clinicians practicing across seven counties in Northern California, most within 50 miles of Sacramento. Its clinicians work in primary care and specialty care and are also engaged in teaching, research, leadership, community outreach, and volunteer work.
