About The Position

Strategic Retail Solutions (SRS) is hiring experienced retail merchandisers to support retail resets, remodels, fixture installations, merchandising projects, and store support for leading retailers and consumer brands. The role involves independent work in a fast-paced retail environment, with an emphasis on quality, attention to detail, and completing projects on time. Assignments are project-based and may be available in markets across the United States. Applicants can specify the cities, counties, or regions where they are interested in working.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Dependable and professional, with the ability to meet deadlines.
Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds and moving or assembling fixtures.
Reliable transportation.
A smartphone with internet access.

Nice To Haves

Retail merchandising, reset, remodel, or installation experience.
Experience reading and executing planograms.
Experience working for retail merchandising or reset companies such as Premium Retail Services, Acosta, Crossmark, SPAR, SAS Retail Services, Winston Retail, Apollo Retail Specialists, Driveline, BDS Connected Solutions, RMSI, ActionLink, MarketSource, Survey Merchandiser, Retail Odyssey, or Advantage Solutions.

Responsibilities

Execute retail resets, remodels, store sets, and merchandising projects.
Read and implement planograms.
Build fixtures, install displays, and stock merchandise.
Set products to client specifications while maintaining high merchandising standards.
Capture project photos and complete reporting using the company's mobile app.
Work independently while meeting project deadlines.
Represent Strategic Retail Solutions professionally in retail locations.
