About The Position

The Store Manager at Banter by Piercing Pagoda is responsible for maintaining daily focus on individual and team member standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections, contributing to total customer satisfaction, developing team members’ skills and product knowledge through training and evaluation, and recruiting and selecting team members. The role also includes achieving profit margin goals by managing the P&L, following and enforcing Company policies and procedures, and carrying out other operational and strategic duties.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail management experience is required.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners and using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Retail management experience with a jeweler or specialty retailer is preferred.
