About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a Store Manager to help deliver an outstanding customer experience and support the company’s mission to help people celebrate life and express love. The Store Manager maintains daily focus on individual and team performance standards to achieve sales and profit projections, contributes to total customer satisfaction, develops team members’ skills and product knowledge through training and evaluation, and recruits and selects team members. The role also manages the profit and loss statement to achieve profit margin goals, follows and enforces company policies and procedures, and performs other operational and strategic duties. The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and skills, and promotes advancement from within.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail management experience; experience with a jeweler or specialty retailer is preferred.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, and using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.
