About The Position
Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Store Manager for its Levi’s store at Tanger Outlets Gonzales. Reporting to the District Manager, the Store Manager is consumer-centric, open-minded, and proactive, and is responsible for modeling and coaching the delivery of an excellent consumer experience across customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations. The Store Manager leads the team and drives sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize profits. The role includes recruiting, training, empowering, developing, and motivating employees; managing inventory, payroll, employee relations, store operations, and visual merchandising; and ensuring a positive, engaging shopping experience. The successful candidate shares Levi Strauss & Co.’s values of originality, integrity, empathy, courage, and performance, and is passionate about the brand and retail.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of store management experience.
- Passion for Levi Strauss & Co. and the retail industry.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead and motivate others.
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and frequently move around, kneel, carry items, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
Responsibilities
